Membership applications require three business days for processing. You may pick up your membership card at Pavilion, by showing proper photo ID. Membership and membership cards are non-transferable and shall remain the sole property of Pavilion at EpiCentre. Pavilion does not accept responsibility for any of its members’ or their guests’ transportation, either arrival to or departure from the facility. Pavilion reserves the right to refuse service and membership to anyone for any reason. By accepting this membership, members agree to all terms set forth.
